Dirty Were awakened by a fire alarm

That one staff helped me get a room, the pool and gym thats it.

The guest were loud and fighting. Then when I booked the hotel online I then called the hotel to see if they do payment for then furniture and said no inasked if they accept chime and they said yes but when I got there they said they didn't. I was very upset and had to leave and get another uber home and then come back to pay I spent more then I should have I spent a total of 300. Ridiculous. Pathetic. The staff need to stop lying there was only one staff who helped me. But we also booked a one bed room and got a two bed room. That's not what I booked and that's not what I was paying for. I told my friends and family about this and they won't be coming to visit this hotel at all nor will I.

Lobby was Exceptional..

ELEVATORS HAD A SMELL ALSO THE 3RD FLOOR HAD AN ODOR OF MILDEW

Room was dirty, light blinking in the bathroom, lousy parking. Still haven't seen my receipt to insure I wasn't overcharge 75$.
