It was clean and well kept.

Very disappointed that the pool was closed and it was not made clear on the website. Our kids were looking forward to it. We rented two rooms and it made for a comfortable stay with three teenagers.

apart from its situation and facilities, the staff were very kind , willing , sympathetic and helpful when my partner had to deal with a medical emergency of mine . Their speedy reaction to the problem was essential and they reacted without hesitation which was essential. thank u all.

Didn't realize this was a pet hotel. Dogs barking at night and early morning. Rude other occupant continuing to slam the doors. This was very disturbing to me.

Room smelled like smoke strongly. Got new one. Whole hallway on another floor of new room smelled like pot.

The breakfast was good, except for the water like juice. The bathroom was big.

Small room, no space to put baggages, no closet for hanging clothes. The beds were clean, but I could see small unknown pieces under the beds and at the corners. Sound insulation was poor, I could hear people talking in the hallway and in the next room. No hand soap in the bathroom.The pool was always closed.

The night clerk she was very friendly and accommodating! The morning clerk customers service skills dropped the smiling faces from a 3 to a 2 rating!

That the long term guest had a lot of in and out traffic. They seemed to have 2 medium sized dogs in their room that I heard alot! Which were little distracting until, I went to sleep. I went for Breakfast and there wasn't any! Too make a long story shorter I got up Dressed my Immobilized daughter walked to the front desk. Inquired do you serve Breakfast? The morning clerk replied Breakfast is over @ 9:30 am and it's 9:39 am! I told her I have a Special Needs daughter. The Clerk replied the time is on your card sleeve! ......

the weekend we stayed there was no hot water. we were notified ahead of time, were told it would be fixed the day after we checked in, so since it was such short notice we chose to keep our reservation as we did not have time to find another place to stay. unfortunately, the hot water never was repaired during our entire 3 night stay 😞. would have appreciated some type of discount or credit for the major inconvenience!

The building itself is relatively new. Located conveniently close to US-30.

If one books a $100-per-night-motel as opposed to a $55-dollar motel, one normally expects that everything is going be better. Well, not exactly so with this Wyndham motel. The fridge in the room was making loud gurgling sounds non-stop, so I just had to unplug it. I have counted half a dozen long dark hair on the walls and on the floor of my bathroom. But that was not the reason I was unable to take a shower. The water was just too cold. I waited for 15 minutes and it was still too cold for me to even wash my feet. The bed sheets were 100% synthetic. Walked down to the lobby at 1 AM to pour myself a complimentary cup of tea. The hot water there was barely warm. At 5:30 I was awaken by the sound of the alarm coming from the room next to mine. Apparently, the room remained vacant that night and the maid didn't bother resetting the alarm the previous day when the room was being cleaned. The alarm wouldn't stop so I had to get dressed and walk downstairs to the counter and ask the night clerk to have the alarm disabled. In the morning the water in the shower was still barely warm. For the first time ever I was unable to take a morning shower in a motel! The breakfast was fine. The bananas were spotted, the omelet tasted artificial. A huge, huge disappointment for me in almost every sense.
