Rooms where clean bathroom was clean.

The fridge didn't work the the window was plexiglass that didn't cover the window all the way (so it was cold when we woke up) and the TV didn't change channels.

I was supposed to have had a king size bed, when I got into the room. It was 2 twin beds put together. Not to mention, they were hard as hell, squeaky. Couldn't rest comfortably. Very DISAPPOINTED

The staff was very kind and helpful.

The bed was not comfortable and the door while was able to be locked i could see light through the area between the frame and the door and I did not feel safe. There was no pool even though the add did say there was one. The location was in the middle of no where so I had to doordash food and anything else I needed. The vending machines being outside meant walking through a thick cloud of cigarette smoke and due to the cigarette smoke I couldn't open the window to get fresh air. I had to change to a hotel with a better location and a pool and where I felt safe, after all it was just myself and my granddaughter traveling. Super 8 has refused to refund the balance of my stay or even work with me on a credit for a future stay in one of their hotels in a different area.

The location and the rate. Nothing else! The published photos are false advertising. Rooms are trash and there is no pool.

The reception was extremely smooth and warm. We were first given a room that smelt of smoke and when I asked for an air freshener, our room was switched. We were also offered homemade tea, which was a extremely nice gesture. The property is located on the main road, thus there is no accessibility issue.

There was a water leak the morning we had to check out. As much as I know that this is not their fault, if we had to stay even another day, we could not, since the water from the toilet was leaking onto the bathtub, and eventually, started flowing into the room.

Carpet was dirty, sheets were dirty, pillowcases had holes in them—looked like someone had been stabbed lol. Chairs were stained. Multiple vehicles in parking lot with apparent shady characters sitting in them—smoking and more. Rented more than one room and each was in similar condition Other super 8 facilities are definitely better than this one.
