Was so tired there wasn't much to like

The fact that the management would not refund my stay after one of my traveling partners was locked in the restroom and couldn't get out had to call maintenance and it took them awhile to get them out. The knob on the door broke when the door was shut....then there was roaches and a dead scorpion. I told management and she did not seem too concerned about any of it. So yes a little disappointed, figured management would have been a little more concerned about everything that went on, and when I reported the roaches crawling on the bed and the dead scorpion in the filthy bathtub.

The Location was Excellent. The desk clerk was Amazing. Had no problems at all checking in or during the stay. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be staying at that Location whenever I am in Louisiana.

It was cheap

The tv wouldn't work correctly and the staff wouldn't help with it. The microwave didn't work as well. I think they gave me the worst room possible bc I booked on a 3rd party site. Staff told us they were coming to the room to help with tv issue and never showed up. The lady was getting off work and knew she wasn't going to help.

it looked yo have been updated recently. the type of room I asked for wasn’t available so they upgraded my reservation. I could not have stayed in a smoking room. I originally requested non smoking. the desk person was very helpful!!
