All that is provided is exactly how it is. When it states clean it’s clean , when said friendly ! is friendly, and some very helpful and kind . p.s we was deers right outside our room (bonus treat) We are from San Diego Urban part , no deer no wildlife outside the door. thank You won’t forget

The "mattress" appeared to be a thin topper placed on box springs covered with a mattress pad.

The room was clean.

It was very bare bones, the room was very plain. There were no desk lights anywhere. The entrance felt like I was checking into a boarding house. Not a very inviting atmosphere.

It was clean, but that is about all that was good about it.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on cardboard. The pillows were flat and offered no comfort or support. We arrived at midnight and there is no one on duty, so we had to wait in lobby and call a number and get someone to come down and provide us with our key. We weren't there long as we checked out early in the morning. But, I wouldn't stay there again even if it is for a short stay like we had this time. It was expensive for the quality you got. I have stayed at much cheaper places that were far better.

It seemed like a prison halfway house. There isn’t a clerk on duty at the front desk. It’s basically caged in. You are only allowed so many towels, pillows, etc that they give you at check in. Just like they do prisoners when your are getting booked in. They make you sign a contract that you will clean your own room including taking your trash to the dumpster otherwise they charge you cleaning fees to your card. The people in the parking lot and those staying there are the sketchiest people I’ve ever seen. Looking like ex-cons ready to shank you! Avoid this sketchy hotel!!!

Location near state fair was good

The beds were very uncomfortable and you couldn't access side entrances because of bad key code locks.

Cleanliness

All beds are only full size. Hallways stink. Ceiling lights flash before coming on. No cleaning staff on duty throughout our weekend stay. Had to strip bedding and take out my own trash or be charged an extra $50. Toilet kept running. Front desk personnel not available after 9 pm. Overall, very disappointing. Not worth the money I was charged.i booked the room online and at $66/night but was actually charged $85. I will never stay at a Wood Spring again. It is a motel disguised as a hotel.

Staff was kind.

There were no lamps, and the overhead lights were dim. There was no shampoo, conditioner, nor hair dryer. The fire alarm went off twice throughout one night...no evacuation, no fire, no explanation.

No breakfast, wasn't expecting it. I booked due to low cost and good reviews.

Bed mattress kept sliding 6 inches off frame. Upstairs, above me, tenants woke me 2 mornings with noise.

Clean Comfortable Room Staff was friendly overall very good

Very quiet. Clean though, some things have been well used, and could be replaced.

Lighting in room was very poor making me feel like I didn't want to spend any extra time in there doing paperwork etc. Beds need to be of better quality when most guests stay longer than at a normal hotel stay.. Giid test is important, and will bring your customers back time after time.
