I was charged twice. by bookings and the front desk employee who was on day two of being hired and was left alone to manage the hotel. she overcharged 3 separate families back to back. not to mention we booked 2X queen rooms and she gave us king rooms and said that’s all they had. the employee barely spoke English. which caused more confusion. we all as a group ended up getting her to call the managers and try to get it figured out. the manager’s didn’t want to come in to correct errors. they sent another employee who knew what he was doing. he got us our rooms and said he would fix the double charge. I’m still waiting for pending charge to be removed from my account. when I spoke to manager next day. I asked what could be done for this not to happen to someone else??! I was told that no one wants to work and it is what it is. no discount no compensation for waiting 2 hours late at night to get the situation figured out. next day other families from our softball team told us there was guests who were attacked by bed bugs. Just Great!!!

The room was spacious for a family of four and quiet. It was also clean and had a nice large flat screen TV. The beds were overall pretty comfy. A decent microwave, mini fridge, and pod coffee maker was included. The location of the hotel was a close drive to many stores/gas stations etc. It was also a close drive to Costco to buy gas.

The small square pillows on the beds were not very comfortable. ( I regret not bringing my own pillow). It's also about a 10 min. drive to connect to the main highway.
