Honestly nothing they were roaches dirty ughh never again and for the dam price they have it at fucck that

they did not have rooms

Near a funeral I was attending

On May 8, 2023 approximately 3:15 a.m. Immediately after checking in during a routine inspection of my room I noticed that there were crocker roaches in my room! I return to front desk/customer service to notify them and he basically told me I was lying and that they don't have bugs until I showed him a picture. Just for him to switch me to another awful room. The tub looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks! If it wasn't so late I would have booked a room elsewhere, I had a funeral to attend to in 5 hours. I got charged full price for a few hours in a roach motel!

Smoking rooms offered

Rooms aren't cleaned very thoroughly, I moved the desk/table thing and a used syringe fell out from under it.

I was left alone upon checking in. It was quiet for the most part. The area is well lit up at night.

There were cigarette ashes in the bathtub along with a used bar of soap. For a King room I would think there would be more then two towels, one wash cloth, and one hand towel. I would also think for being a smoking room there would be an ashtray in the room, but since there wasn't explains why there were cigarette ashes in the bathtub. Couldn't get the wifi to work either.
