Closeness to city. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Beautiful shower/bathroom

The house is truly a part of history. I was so excited to find and read out about this home. The end keeper was so sweet. She made sure we were comfortable and brought us it's coffee and a piece of homemade pie.
I enjoyed staying there and would stay again

the staff was terrific, friendly, helpful. the inn was lovely and beautifully decorated.
we arrived at night, the parking lot was dark and no signs to the entrance.. also, the breakfasts should have been a higher standard given the room rates and beauty of the inn. they can do better.

The room was modern in decor, felt new and clean and literally had everything that I needed. In addition, I loved sleeping with my windows open and grabbing a piece of pie each night, if I wanted a late night snack.

Rockland Talbot was amazing and exceeded all our expectations. Our room was excellent with great facilities- the fire in particular!
