staff was nice

had to change rooms. housekeeping had not cleaned the room. there was what smelled like bear spilled on the bed and covered with a towel. the bedding was pulled up over this so it looked like like the bed was changed and freshly made. sticky glass or bottle rings were on the night stand so the surfaces were not cleaned off. An Angry Orchard bottle cap was on the floor so that could not have been vacuumed. The next room I was moved to had food crumbs on the dresser top!

excellent breakfast, good hours

The bed was cozy and liked the decor, the caribou picture was beautiful. Like the fridge, micro and coffee. Great TV. Staff was very friendly, especially Cameron! Room was roomy! Lots of parking space which was convenient since we were pulling a trailer. The maid also placed a welcome note on the bed and so cute they made a bunny out of a washcloth.🥰

The bathroom door was damaged. Bathroom fan was too noisy. AC was loud. Lighting was not comfortable- too dark and too dim. Couldn’t quite set the temperature right so the room was too hot which I had to keep getting up to turn the AC on to cool the room. Room was farther than we liked from the stairs, located on 2nd floor which was great but half way in the middle of the building slightly inconvenient.

Good beds, great shower, friendly staff and a decent breakfast

Breakfast was okay. Not the best, not the worst. Great eggs! The staff was really friendly and helpful!

The hotel is pretty dated. I think my room had been renovated recently, but it still needs some work. The shower head had great pressure, but was also broken and sprayed water out of the tub area. Got a facefull, the first morning. The staff was really awesome tho. I could recommend the place based on that alone!

Breakfast was okay selection but out of most food items.

No soap in the room but there were two containers of lotion staged by the sink instead. Asked for soap at the front desk. Was told "yea...we are a little short of that right now" but was able to find a bar of soap for us. Rooms are dated and furniture is worn but room was clean. Breakfast is in a restaurant that is no longer in operation across the parking lot.

Breakfast was limited to a few choices which was a big contrast to the Best Western in Wasilla. The laundry room was dirty, as well as the machines, They needed maintenance help desperately.
