The property is wonderful! Amazing space with a good basic breakfast that will power your hikes, provided you're not a vegan. If that's the case, good luck.

The hot tub needed to be hotter, but they turned it up when we requested it so it really wasn't a big issue!

The staff was friendly. The coffee shop was yummy. Made to order coffee, latte and smoothies. Gift shop has so much variety. Candies, goodies, baby items, baby swimwear, Knick knacks. So adorable. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Not too fluffy and not too soft. Coffee was great on the rooms from Seattles Best. Room came with iron. Iron board. Hair dryer. Shampoo. Conditioner. Body wash. Lotion. Towels. Make up remover. Fridge. Microwave. TV. Desk. Oh and plenty of places to charge your devices. Outlets and usb outlets!! They were even capable of giving us our rooms next to each other. Breakfast was great. Eggs, green chili, biscuits and gravy, bacon and a cool hands free pancake maker with fresh syrup. Fresh juices. Coffee. Pastries. Fresh fruit. Toast. Muffins. String cheese. Yogurt. Milk. Our stay was near plenty of places to eat and shop Only 17 minutes from Mount Princeton Hot Springs!!

Although we could have requested the first floor, the Only downside if this stay was no elevator. We had to carry all of our belongings up and down the stairs. Since there was 7 of us and a baby carrier we definitely got out workout in!

A little pricey

I told them ahead that this trip was my birthday trip. I had a very nice card and cupcakes waiting for me!! I also loved the free water bottle. It's now my go to. The breakfast bar was better than a lot I have seen from pricier hotels in bigger cities. I gotta say.. this should be the example of how all Best Westerns should be. I am a pretty loyal lady and have been going to best Western for 40 years and have been disappointed these last few years but this experience restored my faith!!

Top notch accommodations located in a small mountain town like Buena Vista...I was very impressed and pleased. Great staff, great room, great breakfast. All around GREAT!

I like the pool and a hot tub. The receptionist was friendly.

the place is very clean, the room was very comfy, the personal is super friendly and respectful. The breakfast is tasty and variety.

$200 for a night at a 3 star hotel seems awfully expensive.
