Very beautiful, comfortable setting. Located in the heart of Moab with easy access to Main Street. Great bar and restaurant on premises. Very pleasant staff.

Beautiful inside and out. Quiet but in the middle of everything. Food and service is excellent! Gorgeous views and accommodations are top shelf. Staff is super accommodating and friendly.

Room wasn't cleaned properly; dust on furniture, tv screen greasy, sink had residue. Furniture is old, scratched and chipped.
Mattresses are old, cheap and uncomfortable. Linens are cheap and scratchy.

Amazing location with beautiful views. Staff were exceptional! Very pleasant & happy. Coming from NYC this is really a gem. I loved this hotel and location so much that I plan on returning & would stay here again. It has an outdoor pool, a gym & a restaurant in the lobby area.

This was the BEST hotel by far on our trip through Colorado and Utah. The layout ensures a great view from most any location in the hotel - especially from the pool. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was gorgeous with a freestanding tub and separate shower. The decor is very modern and elegant. Absolutely perfect place to relax between adventures around MOAB!

Absolutely lovely hotel! Rooms were spacious, with beautiful bathrooms and comfy beds. Big windows with views of surrounding red rocks. Location is close to town, but you could just stay here and have all you need. Lively bar scene at night and breakfast at restaurant was delicious.

Great beds, shower, overall newness of facility. Enjoyed eating at the bar both eves - excellent food, both on discovery and later by local recommendation. The winter rates are great, if you're coming through!
I wish there were access to a sauna or steam room for guests that didn't require a spa treatment.

Breakfast included means: you receive a restaurant voucher. What is not mentioned or told is that the voucher has a max value of 25usd pp, so you may have to pay additionally which you find out afterwards

Loved the location, hotel design, friendliness of the staff, excellent dinner restaurant/bar and nice pool.
The Keurig coffee maker was plugged inside a pull-out drawer, which made no sense because it was next to impossible to fill up the water reservoir. Also, no bfast options in the hotel.

Very friendly staff who paid attention to detail. Beautiful view from the rooms. Perfect location - can walk to all the restaurants on Main Street and it's right across from the food truck court, which was extremely convenient. We didn't use the restaurant but heard nice things from other guests. Really appreciated well designed, spacious bathrooms.
It would have been nice to have some cups in the rooms. The complimentary water bottles were great, but we found ourselves needing cups. Families should know that the rooms don't have fridges or microwaves, though perhaps the new casitas will.

Beautiful new hotel with a perfect location close to things in town. The interior design of the hotel was very cool and our 2 beds Queen suite had lots of space, perfect for a family of 4 (or six even!) with a huge bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool.
The check-in person seemed totally burned out and not interested in truly welcoming us into the hotel. She rather informed about the hotel in a robotic way to quickly get it over with.
