front desk attendant told us his card machine wasn’t working and we would have to pay cash. Then proceeded to try to charge us $50 more than the original price. We refused and we were told that our card would not be charged for the room, it was. We went to another hotel that would accept debit cards. I emailed you about this issue and received no reply. So you suck too!!

Was cheap, room was clean and was close to the concert we attended.

Went to check in had to ring the bell 5 times. We waited almost 10 minutes for a rude lady to come check us in. When we went to check out rang the bell several times and waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. We finally just left. We stayed on the 2nd floor as soon as we got off the elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke and something bad. As far as the room , the beds were very firm, was like sleeping on the ground. There was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and 1 wash cloth and 2 towels.. the bathroom was clean but the shower floor looked like they had either tried to paint over it or had used the wrong cleaner on it and was discolored/peeling by the drain. Also the light above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. The day before our stay we did receive a message to bring our own health related items due to supply chain issues. So I did pack, soap shampoo etc. Glad I did because all there was was 1 bar of soap. Also the mini fridge made a very loud sound when it cycled. There was only 1 plastic cup left with the ice bucket. Glad we were only there 1 night.

The lady who checked me in both nights was a doll loved her very friendly

I’m a repeat customer for this hotel. The air conditioner did not regulate the temperature properly. The room was either hot or freezing during the night. The staff did not properly outfit the bathroom with enough towels for two people.

Broken bathroom sink, missing light switch cover plate, drywall bubbling off the bathroom ceiling due to water damage, the main light in the bathroom above the sink didnt work and bugs they really need to spray for.
