Clean and staff were very nice.

No coffee maker in the room. No hairdryer Two very flat pillows

The staff working behind the front desk was excellent.

Roaches, bugs, and filthy rooms.

Everything smelled like cigarettes. We vacated the room and property after being in the room 30 minutes.

The facility was easily found and away from the busy roads.

The location of the facility was perfectly fine. The concierge lady who helped me at the front desk was awesome. Those are the only 2 things I liked.

I did not like the fact that the Hotel and I use the word loosely is actually a Halfway house for criminals. When I checked in there were 2 gentlemen in the lobby with Monitor House arrest bracelets on their ankles. The people who live on the property tailgate outside Because they Live at the and I use the term loosely hotel. This is not a place that should be considered a hotel or a place for someone to rest Is while traveling. Staying here made me very nervous. I also had a gentleman, Who was the resident of the place, following me , Hovering around when I was getting my information about my room from the concierge. It's located in a very beautiful place but they need to clean it it is the filthiest place I've ever been the floor was so dirty I could not walk around without shoes on in my room. I went to the Walmart to buy me wash cloth and towel. Because if the floor was so dirty you could see the dirt I was afraid to use the facilities towels. There was no blow dryer no complimentary soap. This is a good sleep over place for truck drivers not females traveling alone. Definitely not families with kids. I did not include photos in this post because again there are people who reside here as their permanent resident and for me that would have been an invasion of their privacy.

There were homeless people and drug addicts outside and inside the hotel. Im serious, and normally I wouldnt care but the whole floor smelled like someone was smoking crack. It was very weird.

We didn't stay. There was no hot water and we weren't told until after we checked in. Still waiting for our refund.
