Very charming inn with lovely gardens and nice antiques. Very good breakfast. Nice innkeepers.
Bathroom a bit outdated but people need to understand we are in an old house.

We arrived a little early but were shown to our room by the friendly Inn-keeper. The entire property was amazing. Our room on the second floor looked out over the front lawn. I was a little concerned because Putney Road is fairly busy, but the old, traditional home has been completely updated with soundproof windows. Finally, we can't say enough about the gourmet breakfast. It was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Breakfast was exceptional. The Inn is cozy, warm, and tastefully decorated. There are bookshelves full of a variety of subjects, board games a billiard table and cozy nooks to enjoy coffee and read or sit by the fireplace and contemplate the moment. Paul and Judy are friendly and gracious hosts readily available and willing to share their knowledge of the area. Many thanks for a lovely stay. We will be back!

The vegan breakfast that Paul made for us was the best we have ever had! He was always available to help with anything we needed. It was such a wonderful experience. Such a cosy and welcoming place, beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches and gestures. We loved everything about it. And the beds were super comfy! I’d love to come back and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family

Room facing street level were quite noisy after 6:00 P.M. So much for sleeping in. Oh well.

Hosts - Paul and Melissa were phenomenal and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic and the spa bathtub was very relaxing. And the location was perfect for me - a short 10-15 min walk to downtown area. Just what I wanted.
Not much if anything I didn’t like. The bed is maybe a little firmer than my liking (but that’s personal preference). It is on the main road so noise from there can be a bummer but it was not a problem.

Make sure to stay here. The inn is beautiful and tasteful, the food is amazing, and Paul is a warm, helpful and delightful host. Everything is well appointed. The gardens are stunning.

The inn is in walking distance to downtown Brattleboro which has a number of fantastic restaurants. Paul cooks you an incredible breakfast each day and then you are off to explore.
Bathrooms are small but adequate.

Quick get away to celebrate my 50th birthday. The inn was quaint and perfectly decorated. The grounds were beautiful. Very close to town. Lots of walking and biking trails. Breakfast at the B&B was delicious!
