Room was much smaller than anticipated

Rooms were well appointed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Location

Closet bathroom slide door is very heavy and tough to slide. Valet parking is expensive. Would like to see parking more clearly priced on web sites

Great location, easy access to train, many restaurants around.

We were there during graduation and it was a bit noisey.

Excellent location (walking distance to Lake Michigan, Loyola Campus, attended wedding at Madonna del la Strada Chapel), rooftop accommodation (rehearsal wedding gathering, amazing views), breakfast, hospitality and staff (one e.g.honest staff returned item left behind in the room). Well operated, beautiful and comfortable.

It’s so well managed. Carlos runs a tight ship and shows so much passion for his job. The facilities are so clean and so well maintained. Even if it was very busy the staff made the whole experience great for everyone effortlessly.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but could use a bit more variation for those staying more than a couple nights. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

The property is getting a bit old. I have stayed many times and the common areas are definitely due for a refresh. My biggest "gripe" is the very old school and outdated televisions in the rooms. There is almost no where else I ever travel that does not offer streaming options or some sort of alternative to live tv. It is frustrating not to have any options.
