Wasn't impressed at all the TV didn't work it acted like it need a subriscuption there were blood stain on my pillow and stains on my friends sheets. There was no lever for the shower it was missing went brought tup to the front desk they said that they were blood stain band they had 4 wheelers that weren't respectful the weekend before. I'm a semi larger person and was eating it outside and he said that not enough food for you wasn't empresse

The manager is a very nice guy. Always asking if everything is ok. Not a long trip from Saxon.

The carpet in the room was very dirty. The furnishing of the room was drab and run down.

No breakfast. Interior dated but clean. Traffic noise level low. Easy on and off the highway. Bed was a bit small.

Beautiful new bed linens, spacious and comfortable. Nice conveniences (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker).

I liked the comfort of the room. It was a very nice respite from a very difficult situation. Everything was clean.

Nice location to snowmobile and ski resorts
False advertising about breakfast.... there is no breakfast or housekeeping. Suggest bringing your own towels and cleaning equipment (vaccum,lysol, etc.)

They had a room available last minute where I wanted to be.
Room was dirty, candy wrappers and trash under bed next to nightstand floor seemed unvacumed. Walls definitely needed to be washed. There was already trash in the bathroom garbage when I checked in.

If i have to nitpick, which is hard to do the check out process was a little wonky for someone who's never stayed at a motel before, was expecting a Dropbox, but was told to leave the key in my room instead.

This is my 3rd visit to the Royal Motel! Comfort, clean and cozy!

It was the perfect location for me as I was heading to Marquette. Easy to regulate the temp of the room. Wonderful, friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi. Bedding was cheerful and welcoming and no polyester (love that!)

It is not bad but you pay for exactly what you get. It is a motel.

excellent location in a beautiful region
room 7 is disgusting: squeaky outside door, red neon lights shine through curtains at night, carpet stained near doorway, floor extremely squeaky, electrical outlet very loose near one bed, a/c unit extremely dusty, mattresses sag, shower looked like it came out of a junkyard, bathroom vent very dirty, tv remote broken and channel buttons on tv broken, couldn’t control heat and room was like a sauna with thermostat on 60 degrees
