-The room was super cute and had an excellent view! -The bed and pillows are very soft and comfy. -I liked the way the shampoo and body wash are built into the shower. The lotion is built into the wall in the bathroom.

-The bathroom is way too small. The door is very awkward into the bathroom. -I would suggest putting a grab bar into the shower for safety reasons. -No coffee maker. They did give us Starbucks coupons to get a free coffee - but that is not as convenient as making coffee in your room. -The refrigerator was not plugged in. That would not be an issue, except the front desk failed to mention that we needed to plug it in. -I asked the front desk clerk, if I could get a comb, she could not find any at the front desk, so she said she would have housekeeping bring me one. When I called down to find out when housekeeping was going to drop that off, a different person at the front desk stated that housekeeping had been gone for 3 hours. We had only checked in less than an hour earlier. Did not expect that answer.

Unfriendly staff it seemed it was an inconvenient to get help from getting checked it to hotel to getting services i.e. drinks both bar and coffee. Please don't get me going on getting someone to answer the telephone I am still trying to get ahold of staff after 3 days from our stay.

We booked our room online. Got there had to put 160.04 deposit which we were only to get back 150 out of that back. Which is fine but unexpected, since it wasn't stated at the time of booking. So then I received my receipt which stated I paid 0 dollars on a deposit. I basically was told they couldn't give me one then reassured me that the charge would only stay pending. So then after we checked out 5 hours later we checked our bank statements because we are from ohio an out of town... we now have another 150 hold that they put on after we checked out.. I called they said that they didn't do it.. needless to say if you're on a budget and don't want 300 pending on your debit card for 2 days don't stay here.

The staff was awesome, and the atmosphere of the casino is one of my favorites in the area. Very great experience.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay a resort fee when this is not a resort!! That is a huge issue for me especially when the expectations of a resort are high.
