Walking distance to downtown and beach.
Room had no view whatsoever of ocean as advertised. The bathroom had nowhere to put any extra toiletries for 2. The shower was so small with the conditioner dispenser out. Very old and dingy room.

The loudness of people upstairs and the horrible lack of comfort on the pull out couch. Should be replaced.

Easy, close access to restaurants. Disappointed that there weren’t more shops open.
Devastated at all the damage that the storms have left, especially the Pier! My father’s plaque was at the end of the Pier and now out to sea ☹️

it was right on the ocean and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
there was a kitchen but no pots or Pans, utensils. thankfully I brought some from home. the room smelled like possible moisture damage.

Great location In the heart of Capitola Village and cutest pastel colored hotel in the sand. Loved the pelican carved into the door with its eye as the peep hole. Our room was listed as not having an ocean view, it was the last available room; however we had a spectacular view of the lagoon and across the lagoon the restaurant light at night. We loved our lack of an ocean view. It’s not the quietest location because of nearby foot traffic of beach goers and tourists, but we liked the hustle and bustle of being in the middle of the action. We will be back.

Location was amazing. Steps to the beach and short walk to all restaurants and downtown shops. Good private gated parking close to the room.
The room itself was very dated. Refrigerator had rust and very old. Bathroom was outdated and very small. 2nd bedroom was very small with only single bed and no window. It was like a mini sauna in the small bedroom. You can hear noises from the neighbors and upstairs neighbors. Somebody had tv on until 3am on full volume and it wasnt very quiet.
