I like the affordability of this property
I had one pleasant stay here and one UNPLEASANT stay here . The second time I stayed here they wouldn’t refund me my deposit because I didn’t turn my key card in on time. I didn’t read the SIGN at the check in office. I ABSOLUTELY was out of my room in time and staff knows that because I was loading my stuff into my trunk and saw them key into the room and see if anyone was still in the room, so although I left the room in time but I took too long (20 mins) loading my stuff into car so twenty minutes later when I walked in it was too late

The New Staff at front Desk for day is kind of rude

The facility ran out of fresh towels for several days at a time. The A/C unit broke about the fourth day and they couldn't fix it and they still wouldn't change us to another room. Their was no hotplate even though that was a part of my reservation. The maid service was a joke. The area for dogs to use was inadequate. I had to ask why there was no microwave in the unit even though that was a part of my package and the office person had someone take one from another room. I will never stay at this place again and would not recommend it to anyone.

the only thing I enjoyed was the bed. very comfortable and I slept well
many of the listed amenities were not included or available. no breakfast of any kind. WiFi was not available. very unprofessional staff

They had sheets on the bed

There was no breakfast, no iron, no pillow cases, no toilet paper, no towels, no shampoo, no blankets, no cups etc. and they very rude constantly interrupting and only wanted to argue with us. There was a small group of them (5-6) to try to intimidate me and my business associate who was with me witnessed it. We could smell the drugs (marijuana). Them and the room was so disgusting we had to leave and we tried to find another affordable room and didn't find one until 12:30 am paying much more than we had already paid to Studio 6 which was $447.46. I would recommend these people be investigated for the sake of the reputation of the company. I have stayed in 100's and 100's of hotels in my lifetime, 66 years worth and never witnessed this bad. I'm asking for a full refund or more. Thank you for your understanding. I will be looking to see if this review is actually posted.

everything, dirty, strong smell that stick to your close, toilette not cleaned at all, hair in the sheets, towels dirty stained with a lot of stuff…..
