Great value for our money. Staff responsive.

The staff texted you after arriving to see if you had any concerns or issues. I used the text system and they were very responsive.

Shower could have been more powerful, or had more water pressure.

How the room was not cleaned properly. Hair all in the bath room, used toilet paper. The refrigerator barely worked but made work, food on the floor by the beds and in front of our door. ⁷

Cozy and comfortable

Everything was super clean and cozy. I’m on the hunt for the exact mattress from our room. The breakfast was impressive!

Comfortable and accommodating.

It was located close to restaurants and stores. There was ample parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was not stated that the pool would not be open, and we were traveling for a football tournament, so we had kids that definitely wanted to swim and we’re looking forward to it.

pleasant stay for a weekend

clean, safe, near restaurants, easy highway access, quiet

had a group of preteen girls and no pool. that was why we selected this hotel and paid the extra for a nice, clean pool to occupy the girls. it happens but it sucks to pay for something you can’t enjoy.

There was an older woman working who was extremely rude to my family and I during breakfast the morning of our checkout. She made us very uncomfortable and acted as if we were inconveniencing her. My son made a mess and my boyfriend asked her where a rag was so he could clean it. She scoffed, stormed off, came back, and angrily cleaned up the mess and walked away, because of this woman we will not be back.
