Hotel was clean.. the staff members were nice and helpful. The guy was long hair who work evening shift was nice.

My room was close to the interstate

It was clean and what we’ve come to expect from a Hilton.

The room is spacious, the bed and pillows make for a good night’s sleep.

The pool was being cleaned so unfortunately couldn’t make use of it during my stay.

I liked how one could choose from a buffet or a la carte breakfast and that free coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available. Dining room staff were really nice. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a plus!

There was some confusion about our reservation and it took awhile to check in. I also did not get one of my room choices which I didn't fully understand. Appreciated the staff did putting us on the quiet side of the hotel (away from the freeway) though!

Great location! It felt secluded but was close to everything. The area was nice and quiet. The staff were absolutely amazing - so so nice!! The hotel was super clean.

Honestly, if the hotel had different pillows the stay would have been perfect! The pillows were super flat and uncomfortable.

It was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed an extra night.

The breakfast buffet was 15.99 if you don’t get it with your room. It wasn’t worth paying for. The custom menu was more reasonable. Don’t expect the “restaurant” to have a good selection. However the shop has great prepackaged salads. Still an excellent choice.

Close to downtown off the main highway. Ample parking, clean room. Friendly staff!

Minor things broken in room like toilet paper holder and only 1 elevator working. Staff computer shut down during check-in.

I liked the morning staff guy who acted like he was concerned about how Sarah should’ve rectify this situation of me checking in the next day of my stay because of the flight situations Sarah claimed it was nothing she could do she could’ve called booking .com or she could let me called or she should’ve said ms I know u are tired we will look into late of after u get some rest they give me the nastiest room the room with the bed bug mess or roach mess on the chair and had the nerve to give me sheet to cover the chair the pool was cold cold my grandson said grandma it’s too cold he’s 3 and he loves to play in the water this is experience at the Hilton of all hotels was my most unsatisfying disbelief experience ever and it will never happen again to me my friends family or my social media platforms friends please believe

My name is Hope Perry I booked my trip to Olympia, Washington checking in 29 June checking out July 2 while because flights were canceled and delayed I didn’t check into my reservations til 30 June 2:52 am which is the next day the Hilton stated it was nothing they could do because I booked my reservations thur a third party which means you now I don’t know who need to rectify this situation but I know I should’ve been charged for a night I was there I didn’t spend at the Hilton Garden Inn! The room was totally dissatisfying it had what looked like bed bugs mess and roach mess all over the chair lamp shades looked like they were off the garbage I was not pleased at all MicroInn in Lafayette, Louisiana were better than this place the Hilton I have the video. I jus know I checked in the next day

I was charge for an extra room that i did not reserve. The staff blame booking.com. i had to claim a dispute with the bank.

I loved the lady that checked us in, she was so joyful and happy it put me in a great mood. the location is great for access to the park. The house salad and chicken fingers= DELICIOUS. the towels at the pool were warm.

pool is small and crowded, shower curtain smelled like pee, chair in shower was disgusting beyond belief, bathroom door was sketchy, hole in wall of room, no pen to write on sticky notes, breakfast was confusing and not worth it, tasted bad honestly. dinner was expensive and the steak was over seasoned to the point of not being able to finish it. there was something weird under the bed we didn’t dare touch. it seemed so cute when we first walked in but it was clear that things were falling apart. also the “pantry” was under construction and there was no vending machines, no way to get decent priced beverages without leaving the property. the couple above us were having activities late into the night and it was loud and uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Location of the toilet paper was very awkwardly placed. We also ran out of toilet paper and tissue.

The rooms and pool were nice

They were totally short staffed. Water coffee etc were never filled. Breakfast that was a buffet that’s free at EVERY hotel was $16 a person here and they didn’t even have good choices. I’ll never stay at a Hilton again
