It was well stocked, convenient to everything. The beach is across the street.

The futons were horrible, to even sit on. They are renovating the building and the stairs are slick when it rains, I fell and hurt my knee. It's still messed up. Be careful.

The apartment is beautiful! It had everything we needed, I definitely overpacked. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We were steps from the beach, close to some fantastic restaurants, and a short drive to shopping, ice cream and arcades at Johns Pass. I will be returning!

Last minute place needed because our family gathering grew to more people than we expected. Apartment was as described on website. Met the owner, and she was very friendly and accommodating. Would rent from her again. Thanks JoAnn!

The futon couches were very uncomfortable. Parking space for my truck was extremely tight.

Good location,

EVERYTHING we needed for a 2 week stay was available at the clean, beautiful, almost-beach-front property. Laundry facilities were clean, neighbors were friendly, location was PERFECT...we simply cannot say enough good this about the property and the property manager...except that WE WANT TO COME BACK FREQUENTLY!!!!!!!!!!

Truly, there was nothing we didn't like. I mean..could we ask for less sunshine? LOL Could we ask for ask for less flowers in the beautiful landscaping? Could we request less sand at the beach? No..it was perfect.

Love how close it is to the beach, it’s super clean, fully equipped with kitchen items, towels and beach supplies & there’s an outdoor area to use.

The couches and beds were incredibly uncomfortable & the walkway to the condo is falling apart and looking shabby. Also need to be consistent with checkout times between the email and the information sheet in the room. My email stated 10-10:30 (which I had forgotten) and the sheet in the room clearly states 11:00. When our flights changed I just checked the sheet and thought we had till 11:00, then housekeeping arrived at 9:55. Made departure a little stressful.

100 yards to the beach! Walking distance to lots of great places to eat. VERY Clean. Owner was very nice, helpful, and responded quickly to questions and concerns.

The bed mattresses were wrapped in some kind of plastic and were very soft. The pull out couches were a futon style couch with a metal bar down the center.

Location was awesome. Right across from the beach. Property was very clean. Everything was great except the beds and couches (futons ) could be a bit more comfortable. It felt like the furniture was for a short person. Im a tall girl!

Only 1 parking space. I met my mother there she came from texas and I came from South Carolina. So we had 2 vehicles. So parking was extremely difficult.
