L’insonorisation est à améliorer. On entend trop bien les pas des gens de la chambre du haut, l’aspirateur des personnels de chambre. Difficile de dormir dans ces conditions pour les gens sensibles au bruit.

The room was very comfortable. They had a full breakfast which included cheese omelets, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, etc. Barbi at the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant to everyone. Great staff!

Super comfortable bed, great facilities--pool, hot tub (hot but not too hot). Wonderful breakfast choices. Appreciate the eco-friendly shampoo/soap, etc. dispensers. Reception staff gave great suggestions, too.

Our room was very cozy, well furnished and the beds/linens are very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great and offered lots of choices to meet our dietary needs.

Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Unfortunately the severe snow weather forced the closure of Mesa Verde National Park so we lost the point of our visit! It would have been a great base for the visit if it could have taken place.

Great location right off of the highway. It is only about 45 minutes from four corners monument. The room was clean & spacious and the breakfast was well stocked.

Clean room. Lovely front desk staff. Breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were nice. Nice view. No horrible odor in the room like other places on this trip.

I got double charged for the room both at different rates. I needed that money for the trip and was told it would take days to get back. Put a damper in the trip had to take a few things off the list of what we could since budget was impacted. Other than that, room was nice and clean.
