We liked the apartment very much. Large bright, clean rooms, good kitchen. Great room for a vacation. There is everything you need for your stay: dishes, bathroom facilities. Close location to the beach Sunny isles Beach and a very beautiful view of the environment.

Recebemos todas as orientações e a senha de acesso ao apartamento por mensagem antes da chegada. A localização é ótima. No apartamento estava disponível o controle de acesso a garagem. Tudo muito bem detalhado.

Sugiro apenas trocar os colchões, pois estão bem deformados, normal com a utilização. No mais estava tudo ótimo. Ambientes bem limpos e agradáveis.

No pude descansar por exceso de ruidos ocasionados por reparaciones en el apto , me tocó irme el primer día por qué no soportaba el ruido

The door had a code, you just had to check in at the condominium's reception.

The balcony door was defective, we got stuck on it full sun in the morning for 2.5 hours with our 9 months old baby. He got dehydrated. We had to yell from our 5th floor balcony to get help from bypasser. They got the maintenance staff to help us and finally got inside after 2.5 hours. Booking.com is not taking this situation seriously at all. Avoid this place and booking.com at all cost.

The location was perfect. Walked to the beach each day. The unit includes beach chairs and other amenities as such, that we really appreciated. The bed was *very* comfortable.

It is a bit outdated. Consider it is a building for the 70’s… never the less it was really clean and well kept. We would stay again.

Price and location were great. Loved having two showers and two rooms.

TV Remotes need covers, not bandaid covering batteries from falling out. Shower next to kitchen is not working. Water pressure in that shower was super low. It was either cold or hot, not mixing together. Only half of the windows stayed open.

We liked the space as it is huge. Also liked, the location, the pool with the cabanas and the comfy beds and blankets. Everything was clean and we felt safe and secure. We also very much appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs.

We just felt the furniture and decor needed updating. The coffee table looks like it is going to break and the couches were just okay.. We are very simple people ---not looking for luxury--- just looking for a family getaway so it was fine as it served our short term stay (3 nights).
