Good location for my needs. Breakfast was good. Coffee could have been a little hotter.
Need more or brighter lighting. Kind of dark for reading. Need new bottom sheet on the bed. The elastic was shot and the sheet was too small and I had to try and fit it back on the mattress in the middle of the night. Buy some sheets with deeper pockets and throw away the ones where the elastic is shot.

This is a lovely Hampton. Clean, fresh and a tall toilet ;o)
I have a Golden Retriever Emotional Support Dog. He is extremely well mannered and settles all visitors in any hotel. Marriotts accept him without additional charge. An Emotional Support Dog should be accepted as a service animal consistently. He has passed his Canine Good Citizen exam, had therapy training, as well as all levels of obedience. He is accepted into restaurants, other hotels, pubs, stores, etc. This was discriminating for a dog who is awaiting his final therapy training to be an AKC therapy animal. This cost me $50 a hotel, even when I explained. I was told Hilton/Hampton has had training for desk personnel to discriminate ESA dogs as not therapy animals. You have trained your personnel to discriminate in an unfair manner. Just because you can take money for the ESA dogs, does not mean it is a good policy and you should do it. Shame on Hilton, recommend that you change this policy.

Breakfast was good enough. Missed having something to toast although the toaster was there. Rest of it was just fine.
The room was chilly at first and we thought we could adjust to change the ac setting. Didn't succeed although the room warmed a tad. Must have been on the schedule?

I was able to check in early at no extra cost. Room was clean.
Body was bottle was empty in the shower. Only the shear curtains could close all the way so the room got bright early in the morning.

The breakfast was empty...no waffles, no juices, no muffins or other breads on Sunday. Big disappointment on what Hampton usually prides themselves. Just truly upsetting. Was so looking forward to waffles both days with juice.

Breakfast was fine. However, one morning there was almost zero food available. It was 9 am on a Saturday morning.
In my room, all of the phone / electronic charging USB slots on the nightstand did not work. The USB slots were smashed in and unusable. Also, if using the outlets on the nightstand, the plug would just fall out and not stay in place.

You can get house keeping only if you asked before 0730, but you couldn’t call the desk because the phones didn’t work and breakfast was the worst I’ve seen at a Hilton owned hotel. did I mention the rip in the sofa?? oh, and I changed my card during check in and they put a hold on both cards! even now that I checked out this morning, the Discover card has been billed and there’s still a $700+ charge holding on my debit card.

Other than the room being a bit dirty, overall, we were pleased. The breakfast was excellent, the room was updated, the A/C was excellent.

I was on the first floor and there was a light outside that goes straight into the room. The curtains don’t close to block it out. I didn’t sleep at all.
