The ladies in the front office are awesome every time we stay here!! Very quick and efficient!! The rooms are clean and comfortable!! We've never encountered late night noise! Its in a very convenient location!!

The pool

The rooms were dirty and gross. The property was dirty and the people living in the hotel were awful. The whole place smelled like body odor and marijuana. I walked in the room and walked right back out.

I liked that the sheets was soft .

I didn't like the maid service was poor . The room had cock roaches .the latch to the door was broken . The chair in the room was dirty . The desk the microwave was on was dirty and the anmenadites listed on booking.com need to be updated .there was no coffee maker .

The room was filthy they were dirty sheets on the bed the tub was filthy the room was not clean at all I had to bring bleach and penis supply and request that I get new sheets because they were used sheets on the bed

The attractions was nearby.

The hotel value pet and I am a pet lover, poop everywhere. The rooms smell like dead fur. The bathroom wall was damage from opening the door why not get a door stop. No smoke alarm - pool lock early - because I am assuming weekly renters. The customer services was confuse and waited 45 minutes before check in. No toilet papers had to asked. towels smells. No control of incoming or outgoing.

Everything the beds had dirty linen there was no soap or face towels there was 3 of us and only given 2 towels the floors were gross no toilet paper the smoke alarm wasn't even hooked up it was in the closet on the shelf ,no bedspreads only a thin stained blanket ,people trying to sell drugs to my 14 yr old grandson ,there was no housekeeping I had to go to the office for linen n toilet paper, I was totally floored when I seen this place when I viewed the pictures on booking.com it was a totally nice place but In person ,the place did not even look like the pictures I was very unsatisfied, and I will never book thru booking.com again .it was miserable after driving 24 hours to get there , then walk into a nightmare.

The staff was rude. The rooms were disgusting and there were roaches. Mold on the lounge chairs at pool. The sheriff’s were there everyday arresting people. The other guests seemed like most of them had criminal records. There is no restaurant like the website says.

Roaches were crawling all over me while I was sleeping it was the most horrific experience I've ever had

The location was nice I was close to plenty of places to eat I plenty of gas stations and the grocery store if I wanted to do fun Activities however it's not the place for it. There was no complimentary breakfast there was complimentary coffee that seemed to never be hot.

The things I did not like was the entire room and entire hotel it was under construction there were bugs everywhere there holes in my sheets in my non smoking room. The soaps stunk (the ones that they wanted me to wash my body with). The security was horrible I had a creepy dude standing outside of my room all night and the staff would not make him leave they just allowed him to stand outside my room all night. Also while I was standing outside Waiting for my taxi to come pick me up I was harassed by a gentleman who worked there asking me what room I was in what I was doing why I was standing outside with all my stuff and no matter how many times I told him he just kept asking me the same questions over and over again.
