The standard of care by cleaning staff was not quite up to par. Lightbullbs not working, pillow cases on support pillows not completely on pillows, could not read what the different bottles for shower use, a little mold in the shower etc.

Only complaint is the wifi never really worked.. would say connected but when you try to do something it would say no Internet...

Good location and staff was nice.
No hot tub! No alarm clock or hair dryer in our room. Marriott I have stayed at in the past we’re upscale. There was definitely NOT anything special about this place. Just a okay hotel.

the mobile remote option was nice. the beds were soft & comfortable. air was very cold.
cleanliness could have been better. i had to go in and wipe the bathroom counter & desk down. a weird strain on the carpet that looked like vomit. my towels had hair stuck to them. the deadbolt on my door was broken off.& it felt like fleas were biting me all night

Cleanliness. Reported the room was dirty. Cookie crumbs all over floor, half a Coke left in refrigerator, plastic or rubber pieces on the floor, lamp didn’t work, sticky tile floor, dirt in corners of bathroom. Asked front desk to have room cleaned, returned approximately 10 hours later to find room in same state with only difference was clean towels. Very disappointed.

There were a few restaurants in walking distance. I loved the fitness room and sitting in the lobby with my family. Check in was quick and easy. Bathrooms were spacious.
Staff just seemed tired and bothered. The couch in our room had several stains. A few of the guests were very loud in the hallways at 3a.m. The WiFi wasn’t good. Pretty much bad connection just throughout the area. No complimentary breakfast items offered, you must pay for breakfast at the bistro. I just expected a little more considering the cost of stay.
