The place was lovely and Katherine went above and beyond to take care of us.

Our stay at Yale Manor offered us the perfect location for exploring the Finger Lake region - for hiking, biking, and wine tasting. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the breakfasts were truly amazing - fresh, healthy, and tasty! The grounds were beautiful too, and the dock was an added bonus to relax in the evenings. Our hosts were gracious, and helpful.

Maybe for someone this family hotel is great, but we really lacked the usual things... There is no TV in the room, and no place to store closes. There's a chest of drawers, but it's for decoration. A pair of trempels on hooks is not what we expected for $ 320 a day.
Anyway, thanks a lot for hospitality!

The yurt was a fun alternative to a room. It had snacks, detailed instructions, and a cart to help us bring our belongings to and from the parking lot (which wasn’t too far).
It was expensive for just two nights.

Accommodation for food allergies was handled very well. Food was wonderful and an excellent welcoming atmosphere with many spaces to relax indoors and out.

Breakfast was DELICIOUS! And we loved being so close to the water. The house is beautiful. Love the private bathrooms.
There were a handful of little flying insects in the room and a spider in the bathroom, but hey, it's a historic country house... that's probably inevitable.

This was our first B&B experience, the Potter's have set the bar pretty high for any future trips. Everything was great, from making plans for the room, breakfasts, the hospitality of the staff and in such a beautiful setting.

Location was great, about 15 minute drive to start of Seneca wine trail. The view was amazing and serene. Owners and staff were very kind. Talked to some fellow “stayers” and everyone had a great attitude! Such a cute little manor.

The manor house was a wonderful house - the beds were comfortable, breakfast good, and we enjoyed hearing about the history of the estate from the owner. The Seneca Lake was within site and parking was free.

Was looking for a different experience and the yurt was just the thing. It was even better than I imagined.

Truly amazing experience!! The bungalows are fully equipped, full kitchenette, private bathroom, fully stocked mini fridge! Had such a great time, would definitely recommend and come back!!

Loved the location, close to so many wineries including the outlet mall. The view of the Beech Trees from our room was stunning and we could see the lake from the room. Breakfast was delicious; frittata. bacon, pancakes with real maple syrup, blueberry bread with real butter, some fruit, orange juice and coffee with cream. Felt like a fine room service experience. Our room was beautifully appointed and extremely quiet. The bathroom was small but very cute. The bed was so high up we needed to use the provided step stool and it was extremely comfortable. They have two adorable dog greeters that didn't bark once!
We would have preferred to have our breakfast served before 9am. Due to covid, breakfast was only served in the room and we missed the opportunity to sit around the dining table with other travelers but understand the need for safety at this time.
