The property was well located and the AC worked great which was helpful because it was so hot. The person at reception was so friendly. It was a perfect stay and there are a few places to eat within walking distance that are very good.

The location is great if you’re planing to enjoy the little village of Murphys

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and old. The bathroom was not clean. The towels need upgrading

The heater unit did not have auto, so it was either too hot or too cold for me (my family members were ok)

The hotel is clean, from the reception area, hallways and rooms it is very well maintained. The staff has always been very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The addition of doughnuts delivered to your room in the morning is always a treat.

I have always had a great experience. The pool and spa area has been closed since we started staying here, but considering the area and cold weather it was kind of expected. The only reason not for a fully excellent review is that we stay there a lot, a lot of weekends and there’s no return guest discounts. I mean we stay almost every other weekend because the hotel is located directly between where I work and my other half lives. We meet there just to be able to share a weekend together.

It was all great!

The staff is friendly! They have a variety of fun treats to offer at check in. The donuts are delicious but you could also get a breakfast burrito instead. The rooms are clean.

We had two rooms, one of them had a strong cleaner chemical smell, but overall we have no complaints.
