Great location, very nice views, privacy, well stocked kitchen, television with lots of viewing options, we love the comfy couch

When we arrived the house was incredibly HOT inside (probably around 85-90 degrees inside) and we noticed that someone had set the thermostat on high/emergency heat. The furnace had been blowing hot air for who knows how long before we arrived to check in. We managed to adjust the thermostat and then opened up the windows to try to cool the house off - unfortunately it required more than a whole day to cool down to a comfortable temperature. In fact we could not sleep the entire first evening as it was so hot and uncomfortable due to this heating error. The floors in the kitchen were noticeably dirty and soiled when we arrived. We could feel the dirt under our feet and so we wiped the floor with a wet paper towel to clean it. It revealed a copious amount of dirt and dust that had obviously been left from the previous renter. The refrigerator seems to be malfunctioning as it leaked quite a bit of water on four occasions during our stay. I called Vacasa to report the issue the first time we noticed it happening and was contacted by a site manager shortly after. The site manager failed to show up when they said they would and they did not call me back when they said they would. We mopped up the leaked water with a towel and just had to hope that the refrigerator would continue working as we had our weeks worth of food stored in there. Another site manager called me a couple days later and offered to come, however by that time the refrigerator was functioning and not leaking and we did not want to inconvenience our vacation by having to wait for repairs. The main door to the deck would not unlock and therefore we were not able to access the deck through it. The lock would turn but it would not engage and therefore the door would not open at all. I reported this to Vacasa as well and instead of waiting around to meet a manager to repair the door, we opted to use the bedroom door to access the deck instead. The view and location were spectacular.

It is very much in need of renovation-like badly. Several labels and signs telling you want not to do and what didn’t work. It was very uninviting.

The view was stunning..

The sofas upstairs are not real comfortable.

Great location. Excellent house. Garbage service even came way into the cul-de-sac to pick up garbage.

No complaints at all.
