The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was great!

I felt that the pillows were a little hard, but everything else was great!

 after driving all day to get there, I kept trying to call and ask directions (Google maps takes you to a different hotel) so on top of driving all day I spent another 40 minutes trying to find the property and got hung up on twice when I tried to ask for directions, you definitely need people at least to answer the phone especially during check-in times. The woman manager, who answered hung up on me twice even when I asked her not to, and told her I’ve been lost for half an hour. She just hung up on me. The top reason I chose this property was for the pool, hot tub and breakfast and all of those were definitely below par-I was there 4 days, the hot tub only worked one day. (even with multiple request from multiple guests for the heat to work) The pool was absolutely freezing and I couldn’t eat the breakfast prepared- I sustained myself on bagels and fruit for breakfast. i’ve worked hospitality for over a decade and the female manager should not be in hospitality. She was so rude!!.

This is a great location if you're unable to book a hotel inside of Zion National Park or in Springdale! It was only a 24 minute drive into Springdale/park entrance. We enjoyed the self serve waffle station for breakfast and were thankful for the Tesla chargers on site! There's also a little Mexican restaurant close by (2 minute drive) called "El Rancho" and the food is delicious! Overall, a good location for a couple of nights!

You will hear everything! There were lots of families with young children (we were visiting during Memorial Day weekend) and it was not even 7AM and we could hear people yelling and running down the hallways.

Enjoyed everything about it.

I'm not one who usually complains and don't like giving bad reviews. One room was almost perfect. Other/2nd room had clogged sink and shower had only hot water working, cold water almost nothing coming out. Reported to front desk on first night and second day. No one came to fix. Staff was friendly but no updates whatsoever from them about the bathroom problems during our 2 night stay.

Amazing facility esp for the good price! Felt like new and modern. The breakfast was yummy. I really appreciated how spacious the room was and having a large working minifridge as I am a new mom who had to use it store my milk.

The wifi didn’t always work well for me even when connected. The toilet paper was oddly placed. I’m short and had a hard time getting it from the toilet.

the clerk was very friendly, answered all my question and request promptly . The facility was clean, everything works. Clean towels provided for swimming pool and jazzcuzi. Continental breakfast was grand and delicious, everyone in our family enjoyed breakfast.

Was first given a room that wasn't prepared, then had to wait for another room. Then was given a room next to the gym and was told we couldn't move in following nights. Breakfast was poor.

Lumpiest pillows I’ve ever (not) slept on. Also construction work going on outside at the moment in the land next to the hotel woke me up in the morning.

Nothing. Just needed a place to sleep. Otherwise, I would not have stayed here.

Front Desk was not the friendliest. Seems like they hate working there. Dryer#5 stole $4 from me. Breakfast is the worst breakfast out of all the La Quinta locations. I asked for a late check out an extra 30 min. The front desk said no, the reason was that because they were sold out last night? I still left a little after the check out time. No one came to ask me to leave, nor was there any housekeeper on the floor in a rush to come in and clean the room. The front desk girl working 3/16 at 10:30am could have easily said yes, but she just didn't want to. This place just gives off bad vibes. Hire nicer people.
