Staff was all helpful and did their best to make right what they could

The elevators were broken and only down to 1 working elevator which made for long waits. The first room we were put in hadn’t been cleaned at all and we had to be moved rooms.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff is amazing! From the moment you arrive, they are soo friendly and welcoming! The valet team, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff, and the whiskey room staff! They are all awesome!!

I liked that the property was in walking distance of restaurants. options.

when I arrived the gentlemen at the counter didn’t offer me the same he did the couple in front of me. he gave them a pamphlet and said if you need help with anything or recommendations let me know. those options were not given to me. wasn’t friendly. sort of rude. and when I asked for a shuttle ride he seemed irritated. I needed to go buy clothes because the airline misplaced my luggage.

bar was awful , 4 guys and manager behind bar and still had to ask for a beer and drink refill. restaurant Oma had roaches. they did comp our food bill but did not close restaurant to fumigate

the entire experience was great from the staff, to the rooms themselves to the awesome whiskey bar and spacious seating options.

nothing, I had nothing that I disliked.
