Both breakfast and location were exceptional

The the pool only open to guest everyday from 10 to 3 and needs some me improvements on its pavers around pool

Exceptionally beautiful house in a spectacular location on the water overlooking Greenport Harbor and looking across to Shelter Island Heights. Very close to ferry and to Greenports best restaurants and shops. Our room, overlooking the water, was spacious and very comfortable. There’s space to lounge comfortably on the front porch and in the su filled breakfast room. The pool is great. Our host was personal and super-attentive.

The location is great. It is an easy walk into town. It is within walking instance from the train for those who do not want to drive. Breakfast was fantastic. The wine and cheese in the evening added a nice touch.

So well kept, with a wonderful hostess. Wall to wall books on the first floor give a sense of home. Really nice breakfasts. And Greenport is a happenin’ spot, very walkable with a ferry and good restaurants. We’ll be back.

The property is well laid out pool ocean front little play yard area in the back easy access walking to the town restaurant all of it perfect

The rooms were beautful and the house was decorated beautifully The owner was very interesting and friendly She had two staff that we saw Maggie was very pleasant and helpful and the lady who prepared breakfast was very sweet

the price was a little higher than we usually pay
