Did everything required of a hotel. No meaness of attitude. Super clean.

The coffee was good. Shower was hot. The guy at the front desk called another hotel to find us another room for my daughter.

Hotel is plain and a bit dated. Could use some updating and repairs. Perhaps a designer could match the furnishings better to make it more aesthetically appealing. It would not take much to do that.

Old and very utilitarian. No elevator so that was a little hard as I had just had knee surgery

The location was good and the bed was comfortable. The view of course. Within walking distance of breweries and dining so you don't have to drive if u get tipsy. Close to the docks for any glacier tours.
I didnt see an elevator to get to the second floor....just stairs.

We stayed here for 3 night and liked it.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Their parking space is big too.
We loved to hear the chef sing country music at breakfast time every morning. He has a good voice! Thanks
