Great location with beautifully kept grounds

The furniture in the living space was not comfortable. Sofa fit 2 1 club chair Rest were elevated ding chairs Deck furniture was not comfortable 4 elevated chairs Poor choice of furniture for easy relaxing time

A little maintenance on the cabinets. They need a little tightening of screws on doors. When the doors sag it gives the look of being run down. Most issues were loose mounting screws holding door in place. Overall the place was great and would not hesitate in booking it again.

Could of had a nice recliner in the front room. More relaxable furniture in the front room.

We do love the location to the lake.

Cost for cleaning is absurd, it was MORE than the rent. We were asked to empty garbage to dumpsters outside in carport area, leave all towels in bathtub, don’t make beds and make sure the dishes were done. that’s a lot to do for the cost of cleaning. There are no streaming capabilities just a dvd with movies for rent, $3.00 from office. There are no towels for beach or pool. Location is not very convenient for dining or shopping. Coffee maker came with one pod/pot for coffee, it would be great if they would provide coffee filters instead. and it was filthy, we had to wash it before we used it. The refrigerator leaked and when we told the front office she asked if we moved any shelves, we said no and she said it does that when you move the shelves. Living room chair was broken and so was wine rack/bookshelf.

Parking was under repair but it was maintained 🙂

Good location, beautiful view from living room and balcony, we liked that it was a secure gated community and had a pool.

The A/C didn't work/there was no airflow so it was extremely hot at night. There were fans hidden in all the closets which led us to believe this was an ongoing problem. There were only a couple of umbrellas at each pool. It would be nice to have more for shade over the lounge chairs.

Everything was wonderful & clean however this unit is very out dated.

I accidentally left 2 tops in the closet. I call twice about them because they match my tennis skirts. No one called me back even though they said they would. I offered my credit card for mailing charges. Will never stay there against n because obviously they are thieves.

missing sheets for pullout couch (4 persons in our party), one wash cloths, was surprised to find apt. door open about 1" and unlocked upon check in, hard to find the unit and very hard to find where the parking spot was, was told 'no wifi' and there was one, was told 'no recycling' and then found recycling right by our parking space), front desk unwilling to help us out with late check out

Accommodations were perfect- plenty of room for everyone

Everything was great, but the master bedroom needs curtains to block the morning light more, couldn’t sleep past 5:30 am due to the sun flooding the room

Suitcase storage, a light blocker un the bedroom, a dishpan for the kitchen, all needed.

The location was nice, lots to do on property for kids.

I wish our unit had more cooking supplies. I mean like simple things even like a can opener. The unit has one now because we bought it and left it for the next people. There were several items we didn’t have in our kitchen we consider essential.

Wasn’t able to connect to Wi-Fi at all. Though it was a weekend we had office work and it was hard to connect and do work with choppy connection. The whole time we were stressed because of Wi-Fi connectivity and our office work. Wi-Fi is so imp these days and I have selected this property since it said that wifi is available. That doesn’t mean that you have router and all but no connectivity. This doesn’t help at all !!
