I didn’t like the pillows

The breakfast was very good, but the house keeping is not so good. She did not vacuum the carpet & map the Kitchen area, the Kitchen floor is oily & slippery. She does not replace the soap in the bathroom sink.

The House Keeping needs to be vacuum the carpet, Map the Kitchen floor & replace the soap in the bathroom.

Great place to stay will definitely be back was definitely surprised by the size of rooms and amenities

found drugs on facility by kids. Floors extremely nasty haven’t been vacuumed in months in my opinion. Over paid for room and room was extremely hot, stove dishes were nasty, wall nasty and I wiped down entire room. Didn’t have basketball court as stated and didn’t receive my Military discount as promised.

Room was stink. Had to go to Walmart to buy something to clean the bathroom in both rooms. Room 331 had animal hair all over it. Room 329 the smell was awful. This is my second time at this hotel and it was nothing like the the first time I stayed there. 😤😤😤😤 bed had hair in it.

Newer hotel. The location is in a business park. The staff and the room were good. The location was not.

Poor location

Room was clean and had a full kitchen. The location was great and rates were affordable.

Make sure to check for toilet paper before using the toilet for the first time, the room didn't have any and I had to go to the front desk to get a roll. The air conditioner wasn't working well, it ran constantly making noise all through the night and the room felt humid. The back door lock to the hotel was broken so it either stayed open or couldn't be opened, a definite safety hazard. I forgot something in the room after checking out, it was a fine my children gave me for my birthday this year hanging on the back of the bathroom door. You can't see it if the door is open, when I called that evening to alert someone about it, I got the run around. For 4 days I called to try to get my robe back and none of the staff was helpful in retrieving it or called me back about it despite my multiple daily calls. I eventually gave up.
