The toilets were for little kid!!!s Ad for home was deceiving. There is a 3 to 5 foot drop off the deck. You can't walk off the deck onto the beach like it looks like in the pictures Stairs were very steep

Kitchen was well equipped, except a better wine opener would be nice...the pull types are hard for me because I don't have a lot of upper body strength.

Whenever I've stayed on the coast before I've had a hot tub, bbq, sometimes a fire pit, and table on the patio. This one did not, and cost almost double what I've paid in the past.Very pricey!!!!All the extra fees are outrageous. I am willing to pay $200/night for top notch accommodations, but I ended up paying over $400/night for something that only slept 6. Was disappointing that the fireplace was not working. I was told that several months before our arrival, and I would have thought by the time we arrived, it would have been fixed, as the weather on the beach can be quite cold and cloudy/foggy. We had extremely high winds the whole time we were there, so didn't venture out much, which is something you just take a chance on, when you book a coastal rental. But being right on the beach was great! We enjoyed the views and the place was comfortable and clean. I let the other 2 gals have the bedrooms and I slept on the couch without folding it out (I brought my own sleeping bag)so I can't rate the beds.

there was no breakfast except what i made in the mornings

garage was half full of misc items , no ability to park both cars in the garage. Also two plastic bags of garbage from previous renters had not been disposed of . and was laying on the floor of the garage near the large garbage can

Close to town but felt we were on 'private' beach.

Many minor items needed attention- no TV guide nor instructions for multiple remotes, no tissues, toilet seat loose, cabinet knob broken, found coffee grounds left in c. maker, and storm door closure loose.
