lack of air conditioning, and ice and we stayed for two days and didn't realize there was no refreshing of towels or coffee. people were smoking pot on the premises

no air conditioning, very run down, could hear absolutely everything in the rooms next to us. weird smell to the room

it was under construction and essentially abandoned. should be open at all. let alone charge what they did.

Balcony ocean view was nice. Plenty of parking.

Not informed that facility was under renovation until after booking was paid for and nonrefundable. Not informed ahead of time that check in was at another hotel .25 miles away. No staff were onsite. Office closed due to renovation. No ice or vending machines. Other guests were very noisy. The worst was finding a dirty washcloth in the folds of the shower curtain. Bags of coffee provided, but no carafe for coffee maker. Facility very dirty and in poor condition.

Great value for the price. Spectacular view from 2nd floor balcony. Easy walk to beach. Super clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the fireplace. Staff easily accommodated an upgrade. Excellent experience overall.

Love how close it is to the beach. Love that you can hear the beach from your room.

The maintenance person left the snake in the sink and it was nasty when we arrived.

Oceanview and jacuzzi on balcony was nice.

Bad smell, possibly septic. Fridge didn't work nor did the ice machine. Hot tub filter had not been cleaned full of hair and debris.

Remodeling

I arrived late and left early. but I did call and say I was going to be late. The check in info was exactly as I was informed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. For an inexpensive place to do a quick head drop it is a decent place.

Little bit of grunge under bathroom counter. The broken tiles in front of room tripped me for the first few times I crossed them. I learned.

The view was as expected. The beds were comfortable

The property was a mess; under remodeling. The sink was backed up. The door to the bathroom would not close. The curtain was stripped of three or so fasteners the heater didn’t work. The fireplace didn’t work. The office was in another property. The heating light could be turned on but did not turn itself off

Location is right by the beach

The front desk is not open. Had to go to another hotel and make a call to get a person to come down and get my keys. The included breakfast is bagged and didn't have much in it. The hotel would be a really good 2 star, but not quite 3 star in terms of staying quality. one of the sink was plugged. The sliding door to the bathroom broke. Room has no AC which could be an issue in the summer

I purchased a room online. The hotel was apparently closed for renovations but they were using a few rooms - no others the night I stayed. The sign on the reception door said to go to the hotel next door and that was also closed. I pulled into the next location with a vacant sign and as I was about to purchase another room I was told I had paid already. Apparently, the hotels are under the same management. It was late and my daughter and I returned to the original hotel with no other cars in the lot. There were ants (dead and alive) in the room, the bathroom door did not close at all, and when I turned on the gas heater the room smelled of gas so I chose to keep the window open. I felt very uncomfortable about our stay. I reported this to the clerk at the hotel the next morning after getting no sleep and received an "ok."
