It was very clean. You have there everything what you need. Good coffee. Some toys for kids.

The cabin was clean and had all of the amenities needed. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with grocery and restaurants just up the road.

The Evergreen was so clean, supplied, convenient, and just perfect for what we needed. We even ventured over to Kodachrome State Park and had a great time in addition to Bryce Canyon. We would stay here again for sure. My son wished all of our stays were like the Evergreen.

The only minor complaint was the bed (mattress downstairs). It was a bit too soft and uncomfortable.

Excellent bedding, clean, good linens, comfortable furniture. Location accessible to area outdoor attractions.

No cell service in Cannonville! We could not understand this at first and had to ask around town because we could not call our host. I sent a text on What’s App hoping that would go through but no response. Host should make guests aware of this! We had to go on the internet to turn on the heat through our remote. More instructions would have helped. The lighting is too dim in the kitchen and living area. We could not see at night to read without moving lamps around. Microwaveable cups would help and there is no outdoor garbage can.

Quiet. Cozy. Nicely decorated.

While the Edison light bulbs are stylish, they don't give off much light and there was not one place that had adequate lighting for reading, working, etc.

We absolutely adored our stay at The Evergreen. From the get-go, Melanie was communicative and quick to respond. A week before our stay she provided us with plenty of tips and recommendations for the area. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and close to Bryce Canyon. The decor is adorable and up-to-date, the bed and living room are comfortable, the heater/air conditioner was easy to use, strong wifi, TV is loaded with apps to log into, and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need to cook on-site (even a nice table-top bbq outside). We found ourselves choosing to cook at The Evergreen over eating out because it just felt homey. Oh- and the landscape is beautiful- the red rock in the distance and the star-gazing at night can't be beaten! We can't wait to stay here again when we visit Grand Staircase-Escalante!

The cell service in the area is a little weak/spotty (this is more a critique for my carrier), but the wifi was great and once you get to the next town over it's fine.
