Location
Lacked maintenance and was not very clean . The water in bathroom sink was only a trickle, lights in kitchen weren’t working , carport filthy and not worth the price

The view, the configuration of the rooms, the proximity to downtown, and the king sized bed.
The sink in the upstairs bathroom hardly drains and the tub drains slowly. There was no form to fill out to register my vehicle. Fortunately we didn’t get towed. There’s a HUGE cabinet that makes coming into the unit with luggage quite awkward. Carpet is badly stained in the bedroom. The hallway of the building smells awful whenever you walk through it. And I sent an email but got no response.
