Great location and fine space for a group trip. Kitchen has what you need and common space is very enjoyable.

It could’ve been cleaner, particularly the duvets and duvet covers when we arrived. Issues called out in previous reviews have not been resolved - the toilet runs every time you use it unless you lift the lid and manually stop it which is really annoying and the the heating system makes a really loud noise whenever running. Neither hot tub nor sauna were available.

Me and my colleagues were in the area for a conference, and we were very impressed when we walked into the flat. Dishes, cooking supplies, towels and blankets were provided, so we had to do was bring our groceries. We took advantage of the the hot tub/jacuzzi in the property and had fun, especially with the high snow and colder weather. The in-unit washer and dryer was a plus.

Nothing major, but the stairs up to the loft was a little loud.

Location is good.

No hot water in main bathroom，no one came to fix it even they promised to do so. If it snows, the stairs to the third floor will be totally covered by the snow. They won’t clean it voluntarily. The pillowslips is dirty.

Very clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Great location.

Minor issues: a few lights are burned out and need replacing. Chain comes disconnected from flapper valve on one of the toilets.

the location is really good, very easy to access to ski. I like the mountain with snow and also take 5-10 mins you can see the lake. We got everything in the kitchen.

The bedding on the beds could have been more cozy.

Great location in Olympic valley! All the facilities you could need, with clear instructions for everything. Beds were super comfy and the loft was a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again.

Be aware there are a lot of steps, not an issue for us at all but know that it might impact others.
