Outstanding location . Fabulous relaxing getaway.

Seems like their are raccoons living in the wall or under the house by second bedroom. Also, please update your guest book with additional pages.

The location was good. We enjoyed the short walk to the coastal trail. The house had good heat, adequate and comfortable furniture, and the hot tub was great. Updated appliances were great.

The house had not been cleaned, the floors and surfaces were dirty and full of food crumbs. When we went to use the vacuum, it was did not work, and the mop was dirty. The kitchen could use more than one dish towel. We threw the dish towel and ALL the placemats into the washing machine since they were dirty. The place does need some updating: new bedding (pillows smelled old), the outlets in both bathrooms did not work, the entry to front door could use some pavers, some windows had trouble opening. However, Vacasa was very responsive and returned part of our cleaning fee.
