Clean and spacious enough for 5 of us. Lovely having the balcony overlooking the trees. The location is great, just 20mins walk from Kings Beach

We like the location and the decorations of the house. It's cozy and clean. It likes home. We enjoyed our stay.
The rules when we check out is confusing for the laundry.

Location was excellent, and the condo was very roomy for our party of 4. It was tastefully decorated, tidy, and fairly modern looking.
It was pretty pricey for a party of 4, like many places on the north side of Lake Tahoe.

Adorable place, good space for the six of us, too. Appreciated the bedding and extra towels, access to laundry and the gorgeous patio. Definitely on the short list to return to.

Location was great for us: we were there for skiing.
There was no soap for hand-washing, & there was no plug for the kitchen-sink.

The overall aesthetic of this condo was spot on for my tastes, and it really felt like a place I would have been able to call home.
It is no fault of the management company’s at all, but the shower heads were very low, and as an exceptionally tall man I am no stranger to feeling uncomfortable contorting to get under the water.
