Parking.. Had to park in Restaurant parking lot next door.

The Marina was quiet. Close to Silverwood Theme Park. The two beds were comfortable. The deck was nice & had more room than the living room. It was a clean home but a bit rundown.

Had to be careful opening & closing kitchen drawers/cabinets in fear of them breaking. Same with the downstairs shower door. AC unit couldn’t keep up in the upstairs bedroom so it was very hot & uncomfortable to sleep. They need to put in higher amp circuit breakers for the kitchen area. We were doing normal cooking & one tripped so we had to get ice for our cooler & put all our food in it. If you stay there & it happens to you the electrical panel is behind a picture to the right of the front door. We didn’t find this out because we had no cell service until we went to Silverwood the next day. They need to put this info on the laminated sheet they have on the refrigerator. We had 2 adults & 3 kids ages from 9 to 15. The house was pretty small for us to move around in. It’s probably ok for a couple of nights but It wasn’t good for us.

We stayed here on a long road trip and wanted a retreat close to Coeur D’Alene. The area is very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed the deck area. The house was clean and linens were fresh. The upper room was relatively new and nice.

First this is a very different area than Coeur D’Alene. Much more remote and a bit of a rougher clientele. The house itself is very dated. It would help if the amount of stuff in the house were reduced quite a bit. Gives a bit of a claustrophobic feel inside. The mattresses are very old, likely 70s era and definitely need an update. Overall it’s a unique experience staying on the water but we would probably not do it again and stay closer to Coeur D’Alene next time.

Out of the 4 stufes only one work Bathroom doors wouldn’t close -All dishes were cleaned but had little marks of food on them I had to wash everything I used -Wifi code didn’t work -some lights didn’t work -tv crashed and wouldn’t work -I found garbage from previous renters -not worth my money
