Staff were very friendly but service at reception and at the bar was extremely slow.

See above. Additionally, when I got into my room, there was a floor fan running and the thermostat didn't work at all. I had to change rooms.

The entire staff were awesome and they all made sure we enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived the room could’ve been cleaned a little better, but staff did accommodate us.

My room was nice and comfortable.

I had to wait a few hours for a room down during my 9 day stay. But it was not to bad. I think checking on this who are staying first may speed up the day. Because all I requested were towels and sheets which I could change myself.

The room was large and comfy. The pool was great and bigger than I thought it would be. The breakfast was yummy! We were right by the Brookfield Zoo, which was perfect for our trip.

They have good breakfast options. Some front desk staff are excellent and know how to run the business. A receptionist with name Gali deserves appreciation. It is close to the highways - an easy way to the airport or downtown Chicago.

I stayed for four nights, and they did not clean my room. On the fourth day, a janitor knocked my door at 8 AM for room cleaning(which I had never seen before). I asked her to come back after an hour, and she never showed up. Seems like a poorly managed place. Does not worth for the amount I paid.
