It was an affordable place to rest. If I was planning a longer stay, I might find another establishment or town. But, the staff made the visit more tolerable.
The bathroom was crampy and the bedding needs to be updates.

The behavior or hotel management correspondent was rude and unprofessional.
They couldn’t be able to provide extra soap or shampoo which was very inconvenient for us. Will never stay at this motel again.

The fact that it was to noisy people were rude. The front desk were not very nice and had to ding the bell every time we needed anything.

the staff were unbelievably incompetent.The Wifi was not working and could not process any payments because the LAN connection could not read cards and they didn’t know how to check-in with cash plus did not care about my booking discount and wanted to charge me full price

Good value for the money. Not fancy, but adequate. I appreciate that we can keep our dogs with us for no extra charge.
bathroom is super tiny and ventilation is barely adequate. But for the price of our stay I can deal with it.

The bathroom was tiny and quite dirty/old. The towels were very thin and there was nowhere to hang them by the sink.

Went to check in and the facility was under staffed and refused me to check in because the room I booked was still dirty hadn't been cleaned yet and never got cleaned and the time was 1AM when i tried to check in So I ended up sleeping in my personal vehicle ☹️

location 2 minutes from everything in town
we got a king room with one bed so we had extra room but no dresser and could have used extra table / space to put items on. shower handle was touchy too hot or too cold, hard to get it just right.

Everything was absolutely gross, the bathroom had black mold all over the floor base boards, sitter was actually filthy with outdoor stuff in it. Smelled like cigarettes and was very loud, you could hear everything and every one, i called to get a refund and was denied

The hotel was very clean and staff was amazing.
It was very noisy. We were close to the front desk and were awakened several times during the night with talking. Traffic was quite noisy as well as it is right next to the freeway.
