I liked just about everything. They had even upgraded my room to a junior suite without asking for one.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave after one night. I could have stayed a lot longer.

Uncovered but private parking spot. Friendly staff was the best of my stay. They helped me with booking restaurants and various questions.

Breakfast was very disappointing. We stayed 2 nights and the first day of breakfast we had not many options: only a variety of cakes, no juice, no cheese and ham.

Building work / noise whilst we try to eat breakfast. Felt like we were staying in a closed hotel - yes, out of season, but at this price point totally unacceptable.

The breakfast (buffet) is exceptional, one of the best i can remember; huge variety of choice, in details: from fresh chilies to non dairy and gluten free options, from non caffeinated hot drinks to fresh honeycomb. The common areas are smart and modern and there is an indoor play area for kids. The staff are lovely

Other guests!!! Noisy and rude, loud talking in the corridors into the wee hours of the morning. Awful. Woke up multiple times during two nights. The standard rooms do look dated but are clean and comfortable.

Staff went extra mile to look after us, opened the outside pool for us, offered a good choice of vegetarian dishes

Breakfast, pool, nice staff, parking, nice hotel, only the room was far to reach from the reception…quite distant. we had a good stay and tv had sky included.
