The Host was answering our questions quickly and immediately solved how to fix the TV. Within minutes she sent someone to help.

Having a small table to eat at in the kitchen would have been nice.

I liked being on the channel and waking up to a view of the water every day. It was nice to eat out on the deck. I liked seeing all the birds, dolphins, and boats.

The property was in need of some repair. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. The interior refrigerator doors were broken. Also, we had to remove lint from the dryer vent in order to get it to work.

The location is beautiful. It was perfect for seeing dolphins from the balcony and just a short walk to the beach. You cannot get a better location. It also had a 2 car garage which was very convenient.

I feel like this Owner would benefit from a property manager to help her. She may not have meant to be rude, but she came off as such a few times. She even called at 4:30pm (when I stated my arrival time to be between 4pm-5pm) to ask if I wanted to cancel. There were many minor issues with the house that others complained about that still have not been addressed - missing smoke alarms, small roaches in kitchen, dirty floors, curtains not blocking sunlight, scuffed furniture, master bathroom shower not draining properly, grill in dirty condition, broken bathroom faucet handle etc. I messaged her to let her know, but she just ignored it. I just think our stay could have been better if she used the cleaning fee to address these things.

Close to the ocean , Dolphins in the bay every day and at the dock at night ! Tons of beach stuff, a lot of towels and xtra clean !

Cable was not working. Spectrum had to come out the last day we were there. Also had a bug problem.

Very clean and close to the beach. Views were nice. Big space. Kitchen is good equipped. Outside area in front of the lake was nice.

Very strict with times and maintenence. Didnt feel comfortable with the owners always at the property checking what we were doing. The stairs are very steep and not good for older people. 10 PM quiet time is strictly enforced, not even talking in the balcony allowed. The beds were sturdy and noisy. Very hard to park big cars. Overall the worst thing is feeling constantly observed by workers/owner. The pool table is unusable.

Gorgeous area, spacious. Has three good sized bedrooms with three full baths. Great restaurant next door. Owner was nice and checkin was easy.

Infested with cockroaches. We saw approximately 20 while we were there (3 nights) and we kept all food picked up and away in the fridge. It needs to be sprayed. Master shower drain is plugged. Not many extras like dish soap etc.

Master bath shower didn’t drain. 2nd bathroom shower hard to turn water. Property manager or owner was rude to our grown daughter as she arrived before us and wasn’t trying to check in just meet us there to get our bearings for a restaurant locale. Curtains didn’t fit the windows and not enough curtains to block out the sun. Pool table in extremely poor shape as is the grill. Not enough dishes. Stove light stayed on even tho we never used the stove. Floors not really clean. Master bath shower not clean and had a roach. Overall not the greatest place.

Location! Access to bay and beach! Loved the views from all windows in the home! Also, the restaurants close by (SeaBreeze) are excellent, with patio dining.

Minor repairs to shower drains, dryer, ice maker...but really, no serious complaints!

Run down.... drains and toilets not working.... missing smoke detector.... outdoor entrance light not working..... cleaning staff rude

Laura is a bear to deal with she texted me to get remaining payment the first day which I understand and I didn't have my phone right next to me she walked right in to get payment lol ad there are some things that need attention pool table is shot ball doesn't even bounce off side rails appliances could use some attention but it is a nice place all in all we enjoyed ourselves
