The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice (especially Aretha). I was impressed with the breakfast spread and all the amenities at the gym.

I called before booking to confirm there was a pool, only to learn upon arrival that the pool was closed for remodeling. This was very disappointing as we chose this hotel so my son and his four cousins could swim over Christmas.

We've stayed there many times. It's always clean and staff are courteous and helpful.

We left our room around 9 Fri morning and returned around 6 pm to find that our room had not been cleaned. Also, the toilet paper was akin to sand paper without all the sand, therefore, making it even more inept at it's intentional use

I was unable to turn the light off above the coffee alcove which I found to be bothersome. The room was stuffy whenever it turned off. There was no option for a constant fan. I would have like to have had HULU and amazon prime as channel choices. Would be nice if the store area in the lobby offered adult beverages. Beer or wine would be nice.
