Excellent hotel not far from airport in a peaceful location. Good breakfast, very good coffee, spacious room and bathroom.

it’s was nice and the room was big.
there was an issue with the booking that took an hour to deal with then i was told they would not charge me for parking. then 3 weeks later they charged my card for the parking fee…

The room comfort wasn't good the couch was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows on the bed were as well. We spent two nights there and we did not get any good sleep.

Room was clean, breakfast was nice
Kids running up and down our hall. No order with the breakfast. It was very overwhelming from the amount of kids there for a tournament. There was no rhyme or reason during the whole breakfast session

We stayed in a king suite and were very pleased to notice the quality of the furniture and fixtures and the design of the space. We have absolutely no complaints.

- Quietness (even though the hotel looked to be fully booked with a lot of children)

Breakfast included was a plus. Food its self was decent. Not much variety between days. But can’t complain. Layout of room was good and shower was nice.
The pillows were not comfortable. Very lumpy and therefore didn’t get good night sleep.

Havent seen that a Hilton uses paper plates and products for their breakfast.

I would have loved to leave a great review but I just can’t. Everything seemed very nice until I woke up the next day with bites on my arms. I have reached out through phone, the chat feature on the bookings app and through email with no response. I pray now that I did not bring home a costly bed bug problem.

Location was great, right off the freeway. The room was large,clean and comfortable. We’ve stayed here three times the last several years.
Nothing, not really a dislike but breakfast use to start at 6:30Am. It’s now severed at 7am. Not a huge deal but we had to leave by 7am for our event.

The staff was professional, attentive, and courteous ! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable .

Clean and located close to freeway making the drive to SF quick and stress free.
Staff could be more engaging and attentive to their guests. During check in we didn’t get greeted with a kind and helpful attitude. Not even so much as a smile.
